Bellini Modern Living, a leading wholesaler and distributor of modern Italian furniture based in Canada, is teaming with its Italian factory to launch a new, Special Elite Container Program at the High Point Spring Market that can reduce freight costs by 10-percent.
Designed to promote its renowned Made in Italy leather line, the program offers special pricing on some of the company’s most popular silhouettes in both motion and stationery leather furniture. The goal is to alleviate some of the pressures being experienced at retail, by giving dealers the ability to stand out in their marketplaces with attractive offers for consumers seeking premium leather furniture.
According to Hossein Azimi, chief executive of Bellini Modern Living, Bellini has secured an agreement with a key factory to cover up to 10 percent of freight costs for participants in the program, which streamlines the transportation process directly from the factory floor in Italy to its Toronto-based warehouse facility.
“The Special Elite Container Program addresses the shipping and supply chain challenges everyone faces now,” Azimi said. “Our mission is to extend a helping hand to our dealers by committing a portion of our margins. These initiatives aim to alleviate the burdensome freight costs that are hindering our industry, particularly in the upholstery category.”
The robust builds of Bellini’s leather motion furniture, all crafted using premium, full-grain Italian leather hides, make it the ideal choice to experience additional savings by purchasing in quantity via container.
Among the new motion silhouettes being introduced in High Point this week is the Aldo. Crafted from full-grain leather, the Aldo boasts power reclining functionality with adjustable headrests for ultimate comfort. It is available in both sectional and loveseat options.
