Company to show new dining and occasional pieces at October market
HIGH POINT – Contemporary home furnishings manufacturer Bellini Modern Living is launching a collection with designer Morten Georgsen at the Oct. 14-18 High Point Market.
The collection will be on display at Bellini’s showroom in space H-520 and H-521 of the International Home Furnishings Center. It will include dining and occasional pieces that fuse mid-century and contemporary design elements. A number of pieces also feature colored glass tops and stainless steel bases.
Georgsen is based in Valencia, Spain, and established his own design studio Futhark Design in 1992. He also worked in product management at Danish consumer electronics company Bang & Olufsen for nine years.
Describing his design philosophy as “characterized by elegant simplicity, prioritizing function and usability,” Bellini said it is pleased to be collaborating with Georgsen.
